Privacy and about this site
The TRAX3ION Data Importer is a business application run by X3 Consulting Ltd for its customers. It loads data files (Excel, CSV) into the customer's own Sage X3 system through Sage's published web services. It is not operated by Sage or by Microsoft; their names describe the systems it connects to.
Who can sign in
Access is by invitation only: a company's administrator invites named people. There is no public sign-up. Sign-in uses a work account (Microsoft) or a password with an authenticator code.
What this site keeps
- Sign-in sessions, who signed in and when, and which actions they took (an activity log for the company's administrators).
- The files you upload and the results of each import, so a run can be reviewed, downloaded again or corrected. Companies can remove them.
- Settings the administrators make for their Sage X3 connection and import functions.
The data you import is sent to your company's Sage X3 and is not used for anything else. The site sets only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in; there is no advertising or tracking.
